Will it do harm to body by using microwave oven to heat or cook food?

I heard and read on internet that using microwave oven to heat or cook food will do harm to body. It may kill any nutrients the food night have had, and even cause cancer. But some have opposite opinion. What do you think?

Lilyqinn Oh, i am glad to hear the goods news. It becomes an essential tool to me for cooking as well.

Lilyqinn Me too.i use it to heat food at the office alomost everyday. I hope it isn't harmful. ^_^
