lindy02 I tried this for a few days. you can take up to 2 pills twice a day i believe. i only took one and i would suggest doing that so you know how you will feel. i didn't feel jittery but i did feel energized and not hungry. i think it helps control your appetite...

lindy02 Yes, it is called size 0. I bought it today at walgreens for $25. I'll try it and let you know how it works.

Grandma's Spirit in my house? Wierd things happening.

So my grandma died on the 22nd of December. It was a massive heart attack that no one saw coming. She was only 67. So she had an electric fireplace that my dad gave to me along with a coffee table and a doll that she collected....
