nonew3 Same here. The alternatives out there are VERY expensive, and my Medicaid and Medicare won't cover them. It's hard to pay $50 or more per visit, all out of pocket. It's a hard place to be.

seahorse4445 I have my final hearing in Nov with ss I have no income . I have been fighting ss since 98, and i ma an American from a long line of vets I can't understand why my own country won't help me but helps people form other countries at the drop of a hat!!!

seahorse4445 I have been humiliated just because I need help with my pain. there are alternative methods other than narcotics but I can't afford them because i can't work .

KATRINKA I, too try to find contests with no entry fee. I'll pay an entry fee if one of the judges is a writer I admire. But I cannot afford to enter many contests that charge an entry fee. Sometimes a subcription to the litmag is included, so it could be worth it....
