Great ABS

Question. What is a good way to get good abs? I really want to work out my abs, but im at a lost on how to go about it. I know about running, but besides that, what is another way?

livelovelaughx One ab exercise I love doing is getting 2 dumb bells, one on each side, standing up straight, letting the dumb bells hang at your sides. Then slowly let one side of your body lean down to your side, then switch sides and do it about 10-15 times. It works so...
