Loneliest1 well its probably less since the state taxes your A$$ before you get the money and they dont just give u one lump sum.... its actually a continual payment......

Loneliest1 Well you can work your way through it... the school that you currently attend has a great old boy/alumni standing..... you may not be a pure G student but they will appreciate a passionate letter and a passionate student.... and you can probably get that...

Loneliest1 Well, you got a good point but another perspective to look at is that the persons who usually win the lottery are ...... not so...... uptodate...... meaning they are the ones who usally blow the money on crap..... look at the people in jamaica.... how often...
