Do dog owners annoy you, when they take their dog for walks, and yet FAIL to pick up their dog's poop? Why cant they seem to do this? It is REALLY gross, rude and irresponsible, dont you think? Everytime I accidently step...

sweetcakes i'm a dog owner and i don't allow my dog to to handle is buisness on other people property. he have a certain area where he use it and then we clean it up.
