CMOS CHECKSUM ERROR..Help me please...

Each time i have to open my computer this "CMOS CHECKSUM ERROR" prompt on my screen. I don't know how it happen. I ask some friends how to fix this error? some say "go to BIOS SETUP load the default settings and then save & exit"....

lovable_coolguy it will works. i did it so many times b'coz i'm a coputer hardware engg. u just replace the battery & save ur cmos option.
