lucky23 I have never used watercolour pencils but I really want to, Yes you can use them wet and dry. Yrou can colour a whole area with them and go back with a paint brush and blend or dip the pencil nib in water to get a stronger colour. Or you can simply use them...

lucky23 I have a book that shows you how to do the stich and also tell you what it would be called in a pattern, i find this the easiest way to learn each pattern.
