What is a bee pollen?

I'm kinda confused, because all i know the products from bee is only honey. But a little while ago i found out that there is a product that made from bee pollen. Do you guys know about this? what is the benefit of taking this...

luckycloud Not sure exactly what it is or how manufacturer's process it, but I think bee pollen is a product that bees make from the pollen they collect before they turn it into honey. The product you buy in stores usually looks like little yellow freeze-dried pellets....
