I need to know if marijuana is really a cure for cancer..Because my friend has a cancer and a friend told him that he needs to use marijuana because its a good medicine for people who have cancers..is that a fact?please..please...

lilaclady I am not sure it is a cure I don't think so but a friend of mine has cancer and he has been put on it to ease the pain, a lot of people are advised to use to contro pain unofficially of course.
