Anna I live in Switzerland, but I am Italian. We do not like personal questions "what do you do for living?" "How much do you earn?" those are questions that are considered rude. I know that those are common questions in the United States.

rebelann1949 That is a tough question. It really all depends on what region you're in and if you don't know anyone perhaps simply getting to know people first then asking questions would be a wise move.

Ann LeFlore Yah it is the same for here don't ask about money or a person's age. You can ask about tattoos or dance or how long they dance. do not ask about their family or how many children they have or if they are married or not.
