every day i soak my feet in hot water,and at same time pour some vinegar,with this kind of method ,you can prenvent flu.

luxin66 u are right, hot water can't hurt your feet,i mean your feet can enter the hot water, that is ok. if doing so ,hot water can drive away the cold inside your body. warm water ,i guess have no effect.

luxin66 yes,it doesn't hurt if u will try . it's for everybody ,not just for women ,it does good for your body and get rid of fatigues.

luxin66 just little vigear that is ok, hot water isn't too hot, as long as your feet can put into water ,and this time you can watch tv,or read novel ,until you feel your body inside warmly,

luxin66 vigear can kill some bacteria ,hot water can make your body inside warmly,that is the best effect. but you must insist throughout the year.
