I do use conditioner after shampoo.This was recommended to me by my hair stylish after I had my hair relaxed..I noticed an improvement, ...However, quite expensive..By the way, before, I had my hair relaxed, I use conditioner...

lzbthc_wilson He was in Georgia Rule . . . that movie with Jane Fonda and Lindsey Lohan . . . great movie. I don't think it is in theatres anymore, but it will probably be out on DVD soon. I think there are some other movies that he might be coming out in, he's one of those...
