Hi gals! Does anybody have a suggestion as what is the best pain reliever for menstrual cramps? Is there like a natural way to do it aside from taking a medicine. How about herbal stuff or the like? Having this pain for centuries...

MabEL12C Is it safe to like go stretching when you are having yours? My friend told me to drink cola or beer for better cleansing, is this true?

MabEL12C I tried midol already and I find it effective however I want to refrain from getting used to pain relievers.:(
