madzie09 oh don't worry my heart's in GOOD condition coz if not I won't be working in a call center anymore. i do have a lot of patients because if not i might have been swearing from my clients before. and don't worry i have encountered people who mind other issues...

my mom and dad is having their annulment case going on. as of now, im living with my mom. she could be sometimes irritating and dominant. i can't talk to my dad because if i do my mom will say stuffs that would really hurt me and...

madzie09 thanks for the advice but my mom can sometimes be stiff with her decisions that can't talk her out of it. I wish i could but i don't think she's going to be happy with that move. thank you for the response.

why is it that you're there to help and customers' keep yelling when it's not even your fault? i get paid for being yelled at, swear by clients and hanged up. but i love my job.
