mandakat I agree completely. Some of the things cell phones can do nowadays are actually pretty inefficient and expensive ways to do those things.

I'm having trouble finding any poems, quotations, verses, etc that could be read at a wedding, that aren't TOO corny. Anyone have any ideas, or favourites of your own?

mandakat Thanks :) I've tried but become overwhelmed. A lot of them are hard to navigate. Others feature verses mainly about God specifically, which is not what I want, or poems that are about how you couldn't live without that person, which is also not what I want....

mandakat Yeah... that's why I'm asking lol. Because if I left it up to a DJ, I'd hate all the music. But if I just played my playlist, many of the guests would. So, I'm trying to get a list and then see what I can enjoy/tolerate

mandakat Well because I don't think anyone is going to dance anyway. There will hardly be any people and most of them older, and not dancers. But I've been to weddings where there was NO music in the background and it was horrible.
