As a new home owner friends are of the opinion that I should pay my mortgage fortnightly instead of monthly. They say I will benefit. How so? What do u think?

What do you think about natural supplements. I think they are good but now I am confused as I have friends who sell for GNLD, Melaleuca and Herbalife. Help
