I don't know whether this is true or not. If we urinate today, the urine is not the water that we have drunk today. The water we drink will remain in the body for 10-50 days. After 10 - 50 days, the water will flow out of the body...

Sanitary I don't think so. If water is able to stay in our body for 10-50 days, how do we experience dehydration even if we don't sweat? Water we drank for the water will pass out on the same day, we are able to see the difference in our urine color. If we are not...
