I really want to know how to stop smoking, some say its quite addicting because of its content. I just don't know why people do smoke. In my country even kids ranging from 12 starts to smoke. I think the government should do...

mariram ya smoking is injurious to health... try quiting smoking because it noyt only affects you but also others who tend to become passive smokers... try practising meditation.. yoga can also help you recover..best way is to read by yourself all the ill effects of...
