scsi drives can also be used on desktops... you just need a scsi card or controller for your hdd to be attached on the system...

I do agree with you... I'm using scsi drives for video audio and editing. it's very fast and stable. i use it on a 64-bit slot on my asus motherboard and it's really fast...

compared to the price of scsi drives, then if sata fits your needs i think is the better choice...

I do agree with your observations regarding those types of drives. But i strongly believe that it still depends on the application demmands.

SCSI stands for Small Computer System Interface used in hard drive and other computer peripherals like scanners printers etc. Me myself uses SCSI Hard Drives
