I love eating egg.... It can be in different form ...and serve me in any form I love it .. There always has this debate that the yolk is not good for health and all.... And I be like dude that's the best...

maxim amar The truth is that it does not matter so much what you can or will not do in the egg !! It all depends on the right dose you eat them. And with an appetite that you will have anyway ... !!! lol Because the egg is beautiful that it is ready and it is delicious...
