Working in a company has its own rules and policies. One of which is dress code. Like where I work, we are ask to wear business casual every weekdays and dress down on weekends. However, sometimes I find myself having a hard time...

Paras Pandey @mchavez11 As soon as the dressing is under the threshold of casuals/informal I do not feel that there should be any dress code . At times , for certain roles that involves meeting with clients or business groups do need to pay a heed on get-up .
