medstudents4 thank you for guiding me kuting..i think i should try Timex too as i need more for casual wear..even i don't wear them very often and in fact would be using any watch for the first time but it helps me to do things in time when i don't have anything to tally...

medstudents4 LOL..your squint thing cracked me up..yes they prevent us from UV rays and specially UVB rays which are more harmful and it is right that due to ozone depletion UVB rays are penetrating more into earth's atmosphere and so damaging our skin..
