How do u rate yourself in your body weight?

Do u consider your weight to be ok or are u overweight or underweight? Some years back i was underweight but now my weight is ok according to age and height. What do u think of yourself? Thanks.

melly1125 I am uasally underweight in summer. In general my weight is 45kg and my stature is 159cm. But my weight would put on in winter. Many people have the same circumstance. I don't care about my weight and I think health is the most important thing for us.
