danzer Not really tears in the heart, but it's true that there are heartache that does not need the shedding of tears from your eyes. Do you have a burden that is keeping you awake and keeps your tears down your cheeks?

nuffsed Good one! I am not one to bottle my feelings up unless doing so prevents my sadness from hurting others. Usually my concern is for children who pick up on the slightest vibe. But in general I allow myself to unload and don't carry hurt inside.I used to do so,...
