Temp agencies place you in some of the worst places and steal half your paycheck. In Canada, you basically cannot get a job without going through a temp agency first. You sit on this system for anywhere from 3 mths to 5 yrs...

mfairbairn Oh for some people here it's great for filling in time and some people I talk to say the very same thing, but think about it. You're trying to raise a family with an unstable job. You can go a month or two between jobs and no compensation for that. No benefits...
