miquaal What you could also do is make TV more of a reward rather than a privilege, make him have to earn the time he watches his TV by having him read for a certain amount of time or something like that.

miquaal the air in the bags is air produced by the fruit itself. you are doing the prep work good, you just have to let the air out whenever necessary, then when you're ready, bon appetite!
