Anyone else have flair ups of gout? What do you do?

I'm looking for some help for gout flare ups. What do you do when you have it? Mine is not serious, just minor flare ups. But I'd like some easy, inexpensive remedies

mishlenfla Not much you can do one the inflamation sets in. Grin and bare it. NSAID not very effective. My cure all in to eat properly to avoid the onset. Celery extract tablets holistically have the same prophylatic effect as allopurinol.
