Does the punishment fit the crime?

Okay, short, I know, but i'd like initial reactions. A Dayton, Ohio jury convicted a mother of microwaving her one month old baby to death. She was sentenced to life in prison.

missblues Oh, you're right and I know that .. just let anger get the best of me. They had tried and tried and tried, fought the good fight, but thankfully lost at getting parole after 25 yrs. I think that's what I was most angry about, that parole would even be...
