I found this dog on christmas eve. The first thing I noticed was blood on the pavement. Little droplets all over the street. Then I saw him. A black big dog. He is so pretty but the problem. One: I have no money right now to pay...

GrammaFood I would call the local animal shelter and tell them you found this dog on the street and you can't keep him in your apt. Alot of times they will come and get him,treat him and then put him up for adoption,just don't say he chews because then they might say...
