Neurapathy

I am diabetic and I have neurapathy. It drives me crazy. I can't sleep at night cause it feels like my feet are burning. Does anyone else have this problem or any ideas on something to ease the pain?

Has anyone ever heard of a sop for weight loss. You are suppose to bathe fatty areas with it and massage the area for 3-5 minutes. It is made with OB2 Protein. I would be interested in any info anyone has on this.
