smithabittu Yes I drink tea two times a day. But i have coffee occassionly. But drinking Coffee everyday is harmful to health, that is its cafine is harmful. But tea has some medicinal value. DRINK TEA and ENJOY LIFE!!!... Thats it. So keep drinking tea. try to avoid...

00fear i like tea, i dont drink coffee at all. when i drink tea when im sick, it really helps me get better and i feel fine when i drink more and more until i feel completely better. i dont know if that is considered your health though.
