If you have 17 identical color and identical shape balls. There one ball which slightly heavier than others. In how many least attempts you can definitely find the odd one out........

miyounus The method u are using is something near binary search. i.e. break in two and than search. What about if we break it in three as 6,6,5 or 5,5,7 initially and than by dividing it in two groups, so you can get it in 3 attempts at max.

miyounus nice, u did well. Lets have little variation u've three jugs 8liter,5liter and 3liter. 1st jug is filled. Now u have to divide it into two 4 liters portion

what is 3 digits number when reversed is one less than its own double e.g. 37 * 2 = 74 is one more than 73

miyounus ah u have put are arms to early. well answer could be reached if u started it from 100 ...... 397 * 2 = 794 = reverse(397) + 1 :)

miyounus Yes I agree that IP telephony allows you to make call via internet. but circuit switching is no way in effecient way of communicating the voice data. The time required to establish the connection is no doubt more but once connection is established than it...
