stop smoking in 1 session?

is that true what i heard before. we can easily stop from smoking when we come only once for hypnosis training that can prevent us from smoking again? is that true? i need your opinion.

mohdhilmi tq. but i think, hipnosys is one of the way to stop smoking, right? but it only my opinion. i think every smoker that want to stop smoking must start with themselve first before try the other method. any opinion added?
