momaloti Too Funny!! I made six loaves of this for the school bake sale last fall and they sold in the first hour and later had requests for the recipe. I hope your family likes it as much as we do.

momaloti Either type is fine. Even when baking in the oven, I often use the breadmaker dough cycle and let it do the kneading for me. Thanks for posting these!

momaloti I have always heard about adding the gluten, but not tried it yet. I thought I did have some here (use in veggie burgers) but not finding it now, so will pick some more up and give it a try this weekend. Thanks so much!
