Momma_Robinson Yup, messaging the scalp daily, and brushing extra stimulates hair growth. Alot of people don't know this: If you keep your hair trimmed, once every 6 wks or so it does grow faster. Main and Tale shampoo and conditioner also is suppose to help thicken...hope...

Momma_Robinson Also, to tell if your pretty dehydrated, you can pinch the skin on the back of your hand, on the top..if it takes longer than 2-3 secs to fall back into place, then your getting dehydrated.

Momma_Robinson The best way to keep from getting a heat/sun stroke, is to keep your self hydrated! Drink water or something like Gatorade very often. You should be urinating every two hrs or so..if your not then your not getting enough to drink. And if your out in the sun,...

I like to take my family to the lake and set up under a shade tree...Get in and go for a swim to cool off...We also like to go swimming at the pool! Popsicles are another great way to beat the heat! Kids always love to run through...
