Today the temperature here is 48.5 Celsius, many have sunstrokes. They are admitted in hospitals, I heard this in local TV news channel.
Here is the time tasted tip to prevent sunstrokes, it works.
Just keep 2 to 3 onions,...

Momma_Robinson The best way to keep from getting a heat/sun stroke, is to keep your self hydrated! Drink water or something like Gatorade very often. You should be urinating every two hrs or so..if your not then your not getting enough to drink. And if your out in the sun,...

I like to take my family to the lake and set up under a shade tree...Get in and go for a swim to cool off...We also like to go swimming at the pool! Popsicles are another great way to beat the heat! Kids always love to run through...
