sillygirlsd I would call the water company...it's not your problem...maybe they don't even have permission to be doing that...when you start construction you need licenses from different companies...so if they are causing your water to be higher then you do have a problem...

ljmc24 Video would be good. Even a camera snap some pics of them in your yard filling things up. Call the water company also, I wouldn't say anything to them, would just call and report them.
