What do you let your kids do in the kitchen?

I have let mine (5 and 2 1/2) --Use a butter knife to cut soft stuff, like bananas, avocado. --snap beans --my 2 year old likes to sit and collect my peeled stuff and put it in a 'garbage bowl" if I've got nothing else for her...

First baby 10 months, all night, partial nights till 18 months. Second baby, 22 months. Third baby is currently will be one this weekend and sleeps with us. :)
