moneris0 just think about happy times and put the sad moments behind you. and try doing stuff outdoors as you will get some fresh air. or if you have depression pills lying around, just pop one.

moneris0 spanking is abusive. because children will be scared of thier parents and probably make a mistake and then the parents spank them again and theymake a mistake AGAIN then the parents will spank AGAIN.. and thats what happened to me when i was a child.
