Shaping up, how to's?

I was wondering if anyone had some ideas for shaping up? Yes, I know exercise and eating right but does anyone have any helpful tips? Something that has worked for you in the past?

monica2475 That seems to be where Im headed lol. I dont have the time to commit to a membership just yet. lol Would be easier just to go with the rest of the world.
