How much time do you spend in the office

I am a computer professional. Normally i works for 10-12 hours daily. Every day I thought of coming home early I am stuck. Several time I work for 20+ hours. I am tired. Guys any suggestion?

monudjn Even I have similar situation. Morning I have to be in the office for meeting and other status check and when I plan to leave early some day US wakes up. So it is always somehow got late. Thanks keep posting your valuable responses.
