Having your own decision in life makes you an independent individual. But is it possible ask to ask somebody before doing it?

morris0n yeah that's true... but those people are not true friends... and then its up to you if you let them drown you or not. So it's important to have a strong character in today's life =)

lose weight

Losing your weight isn't easy. You should have a lot of inspiration and do a lot of efforts to achieve your goal. The only key for it is self discipline.

morris0n that's quite true!! this is what I lack in... I am super lazy to maintain myself fit. i really struggle to go out for a jog and my job is in an office which is worse for me... i need someone to encourage me hehe
