Should you send a thank you note/letter to an employer after a written test conducted by them? PS - It's a pre-interview written test and not an interview.

In a relationship,how important is it that you openly share/let your partner know about issues and things that bother you?If any of your partner's acts disappoint you or bother you,should you openly tell him/her about it?
