a friend of mine told me about this band today. theyre called 'ween' and theyre supposed to be really cool (of course) but i didnt really find much about them, does anyone here know their music?

is it true that yogurt helps burn calories?

ive heard that eating yogurt or buttermilk before you go to bed helps your body burn calories while youre asleep. is that true? or just another one of those amazing weight loss tales?
