Today i went for a treat which was awesome. i ate too much.Now my stomach has become big.anyone help me to reduce it immediately.i had a heavy food.

muralirv On the other day i did not have my dinner due to the heavy food.Actually one of my friend is switching over to a new concern,so he gave a treat where many dishes was ordered.i tasted everything.thats the reason for the heaviness in my body.Now i feel ok.
