pretty_lexie i don't have any personal experience regarding this but ive heard alot stories from people who have this kind of can we call it disorder? my neighbor have been with it & i was so scared & hope it wont happen to me.

miniondave yes i do. It's really freaky at first but it's a good thing that you found out that it's a condition and not a strange or evil thing. It happens to me sometimes especially when i get suffocated while sleeping or the ventilation in the room is not very good....

Andyvil I have tried this a couple of times also. I used to panic whenever I experience this but eventually I learned how to deal with it and just relax. What bothers me though is I have a hard time breathing whenever this happens to me.
