sometime i had migrain...i dont know what caused it, ut it really bother me n made me crazy. Sometime i took panadol to cure it..and try to get in a dark silent room and try to recover there...i think it work...have u ever got...

my favorite is drink a cup of tea in the evening... i dont know how it will affect your health or no in future if i drink it daily..i add two spoons of sugar to make it more tasty...anyway, i dont have prolem in weight..
