myaid314 I think you're right. People may take their business elsewhere. Even if the store doesn't have layaway, they may shop elsewhere on purpose.

myaid314 Nothing, however, if it is an item that could sell out or be discontinued, you ran the chance of it not being available once you have the money saved up. This is why so many people utilize layaway during the holidays.
