How often do you wash your hair?

My hair is dry so I don't wash it a lot so it doesn't wash the natural oils away. Usually I wash it once a week sometimes twice. Or I might only use shampoo on it once a week and the other time I might wet it but not use shampoo...

myopinionmatters I shampoo and condition my hair almost every morning. Which may explain my hair loss....I never see any in my brush,or down the drain. Do you think if I shampoo less I would get some of my hair back? Great topic by the way.
