Nail inserted in the palm while climbing the Bus.Do I need take TITNUS Injection

Today While climbing the my company bus,a nail which is inside the seat got inserted into my palm. some blood also came out. i didn't saw the nail whther I am not sure whether Rust is present on nail or not. So, I am not sure...
